Place the items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your delivery.
Affix Label
Attach the pre-paid DHL return shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Schedule Collection
Book a complimentary courier pickup through the link provided in your return confirmation email or drop the package at an authorized service point.
